***ATTENTION SPRING 2026 GRADUATES***

It’s hard to believe but graduation will be here before you know it! If you are graduation this Spring, you can submit

your orders for your graduation regalia by visiting this website: https://colleges.herffjones.com/college/eastcentral/.

All graduation regalia consists of a cap, gown, tassel and stole. Each set of graduation regalia will cost $66.99 plus tax (for a grand total of $73.34).

All orders must be placed by 10:59pm on Monday, March 23^rd.

You will not be charged anything when you place this order, you are simply placing your order to ensure that it arrives in time for graduation.

You will not pay for your graduation regalia until you pick your order up from the Bookstore.

If you are a Rolla student, you will be able to pay for your order over the phone, and we will have your regalia sent to Rolla Main.

All graduation regalia will arrive towards the end of April. We will send emails out to everyone once the graduation regalia has arrived

so that you can begin picking up your orders, and we will include more detailed instructions for students who need their graduation regalia sent to Rolla.

***SPRING 2026 FINANCIAL AID***

The ECC Bookstore will begin accepting spring 2026 financial aid in-store and online starting Monday, December 15.

To use your financial aid in the ECC Bookstore:
• Bring your student ID when shopping in person.
• When shopping online, enter your student ID number as your account number.

Financial Aid Charging Window

• December 15 – February 3: All available financial aid can be used for purchases in the ECC Bookstore and online.
• Starting February 4: Some types of financial aid will no longer be available while the Financial Aid Office prepares refund checks (issued Friday, February 6).
• February 6 and after: If your myECC Student Finance page shows a credit balance, you may continue using your remaining financial aid in the ECC Bookstore and online for the rest of the semester.

How to Check Your Account Balance on myECC

1. 1) Log in to myECC
2.               2) Click the Self Service tab
3.             3) Select Student Finance

Tip: On your Student Finance page, a negative number (–) means you have a credit balance. This indicates you have remaining financial aid available to use in the ECC Bookstore.

***ATTENTION ROLLA STUDENTS***

The ECC Bookstore will be offering the free textbook delivery program again this Spring.

To take advantage of this program, you only need to do two things when checking out online:

1) Select "Pick Up at Store" as your delivery method

  2) Add a note in the order comments requesting your

             order be delivered to Rolla (ex. "Please send to Rolla")
